Maudie’s Moonlight 5K Fun Run: 22 Years and Running!

For over two decades, Austin’s favorite moonlight tradition has brought together runners, walkers, and Trail lovers for an unforgettable evening benefiting the Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail. 

Join us on Thursday, June 5, 2025, for a high-energy 5K under the moonlight, kicking off with a shotgun start in downtown Austin. The scenic course winds along the streets bordering Lady Bird Lake and the Butler Trail before finishing at the ultimate post-run fiesta—complete with refreshing margaritas, Tex-Mex, and live music.

Don’t miss this iconic Austin tradition—grab your friends, lace up, and let’s run for the Trail! The fun begins at 8:00 PM. 🌙🏃‍♂️🌮🍹
