Austin Fit SPRING Training Program is back with HALF Marathon Training and 10k training led by USAFIT Certified Coaches. Spring is the perfect time to kick start your fitness journey, and even better with Austin Fit!
We're all about helping others make positive and life altering changes. So, get ready for an uplifting, motivational, and TOTAL fitness experience. We truly cater to both newbies, experienced runners and walkers in our training program.
Runners, we have coaches who train from 9 pace to a 12-14 plus pace.
Walk Fit, we have coaches who train from 16 pace and up.
Jump Start (10K), this program is perfect for new runners, runners who have stopped training due to injury or for runners who want to train for a 10K. The "Spring" Jump Start - 10K program is a slow paced, low interval (run/walk) training that helps with that "jumpstart" you may need to get back into running.
