5K Run Details

Be part of the Austin Marathon Weekend with the Austin Marathon 5K benefiting Paramount Theatre on February 14, 2027! This exclusive 5K adventure takes you on a scenic route over South Congress Ave and across the iconic bat bridge, offering a running experience like no other in the city.

Runners will take the same start line as the Austin Marathon for an out and back course. Beyond just a race, this 5K is a celebration of Austin's energy, an atmosphere buzzing with excitement and welcoming everyone to take part in the Running Social Event of the Year. Whether you're looking to set a new personal best or simply enjoy a day filled with fun and festivity with family and friends, this 5K promises an unforgettable experience.

What makes this event even better? A portion of the proceeds from the registrations will go to support community events at the historic Paramount Theatre. Last year we raised over $25,000!
